Clara Tsao
Clara Tsao is the co-founding officer of the Filecoin Foundation & the Filecoin Foundation for the Decentralized Web. She was recently the co-founder and board member of the Trust & Safety Professional Association 501(c)(6) and Trust & Safety Foundation. She was formerly a White House Presidential Innovation Fellow, executive director of the US Congressional App Challenge, and the Director of the Congressional Internet Caucus Advisory Committee. She also served as the Senior Advisor for blockchain policy at the Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency and Department of Homeland Security. Clara has also spent 5 years working in developer evangelism, tech policy, and ecosystem growth roles across Microsoft, AT&T, Mozilla, Google, and Apple. Her MBA (from Imperial College, London) focused on the Chinese startup ecosystem.
