Goals:
Educate Fil+ community: Reduce ambiguity, consistent content throughout Fil+ sites, streamline client onboarding and education

Clients are confused on exactly what kind of datasets they can onboard through Fil+. If the Gov team provides clients the option to onboard different datasets, the Fil+ gov team will need documentations and guidelines for each pathway.
- Create guidelines and documentation here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_smW5kDZoOn1_XGmKfcu3STvNqN7kb9gCsPivaJrZGM/edit
- related to: https://github.com/filecoin-project/notary-governance/discussions/848
Next milestone:
Document LDN application process, with labels. Created Miro (https://miro.com/app/board/uXjVPiLx9u8=/)
Update Readme with new mission statement, roadmap, medium site
Update content on different sites above
Have KYC check (Togggle) implemented in Filplus.storage
KPIs:
- See how many clients apply to each different data path
Notes:
Update GitHub Repo with new guidelines and processes to ease client onboarding and clarify outstanding concerns
Ex. Number of issues to open (duplicates when dataset larger than 15PiB)
Clarify how clients will know notaries have reviewed and asking follow-up questions
Step by step process, with GitHub label changes
“happy path” when things are working correctly
Decrease redundant or outdated labels
Build application ‘tracking’ view, so that client can more easily see where they are in the process, or where stuck
