Establish a venue for escalation of smaller issues before they develop/grow into larger more public topics.
Treat the times as voluntary and a way to connect and provide input on applications, community, macro trends.
Collect signal and incorporate into larger governance roadmaps.

Schedule (5) 1:1 meetings with active and engaged Notaries
Prepare a question form of topics for discussion (if needed), but allow the Notaries to steer the topic of conversation.
