Goals:
To scope out the data endpoints and front end design required for two new dashboards (names subject to change):
- Gov dashboard: to track the performance of the FIl+ gov team, how often they iterate the system, how fast they resolve issues.
- Trust dashboard: to track specific dispute and abuse cases in the Fil+ system.
Milestones:
Produce key statistics for trust dashboard, including:
- open disputes
- time to investigate
- disputes resolved
- datacap removed
Stand up a new page to serve the above content
Produce key statistics for gov dashboard, including:
- Gov call attendance
- open proposals and discussion post
- time to proposal closure
- notary applications
- avg Time from bug notice to resolution (harder)
- (others from new roadmap)
